On Tuesday, March 31st, a taxi driver in Warsaw struck two people—first an advertising stand, then a motorcycle salon employee—and fled the scene.
Incident on Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue
Shortly before 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31st, a man was struck by a Toyota used for passenger transport on the side lane of Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue in Warsaw.
The driver left the scene, and the injured man was transported to the hospital after receiving first aid from paramedics.
Collision with Advertising Stand and Employee
Witnesses reported the Toyota, marked as a taxi, initially collided with a promotional display outside a motorcycle shop.
When a motorcycle salon employee approached the vehicle, the driver allegedly intentionally struck and dragged him for several meters before driving away.
Escape Route and Police Investigation
The driver fled the scene, first heading along Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue and then onto Obozowa Street.
Police and paramedics were dispatched to the location. Authorities are searching for the driver of a white Toyota with license plate number WZ974LC.
