Zelenskyy asserted that intensified Russian attacks on Ukraine are a response to Kyiv’s initiatives for a ceasefire during Easter and proposals for an energy truce.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov expressed skepticism towards these proposals on Tuesday.
Situation on the Front Lines and Regional Diplomacy
Zelenskyy informed Starmer that Ukrainian positions on the front lines have become “significantly stronger.”
He also discussed recent meetings in the Middle East and agreements aimed at improving civilian protection.

Zelenskyy emphasized the need to share Ukraine’s experience and expertise across Europe, stating it is a “common guarantee of security.”
He expressed readiness to collaborate with European partners to jointly protect citizens.
