Majority of PiS voters prefer Nawrocki over Duda as next president, new poll reveals

A recent poll shows that a majority of PiS voters believe Karol Nawrocki would be a better president than current incumbent Andrzej Duda.

First Poll Findings

According to United Surveys’ research for Wirtualna Polska, a combined 48.1% of respondents agreed that Karol Nawrocki would make a better president than Andrzej Duda. Just over one-third (33.8%) expressed a “rather yes,” while 14.3% strongly agreed.

Cake Opposition Views

A striking finding emerged from the poll’s analysis of government coalition voters: only 1% believed Nawrocki would be “definitely” better, with 16% selecting the “rather yes” option. Conversely, 62% held a negative view, including 32% who strongly disagreed. 31% had no opinion.

Opposition Voters’ Opinion

However, the most dramatic figures were observed among opposition voters (PiS and Konfederacja): a full 72% agreed that Duda’s presidency would be worse than Nawrocki’s tenure, with 23% strongly agreeing.
