A tragic fire broke out on Białołęcka Street in Warsaw before 6 a.m. on Friday, resulting in one fatality.

Firefighters Discover Victim

Firefighters responded to a blaze on Białołęcka Street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district before 6 a.m. on Friday.

Inside the smoke-filled building, they found a man without vital signs. Despite immediate resuscitation efforts, he could not be saved.

Fire Contained, Investigation Launched

The fire damaged some of the building’s furnishings, but firefighters quickly brought the situation under control and extinguished the flames.

Four fire crews and a city operational group were deployed to the scene.

Police and Prosecutor Involved

After extinguishing the fire, the area was handed over to the police.

Further investigation into the cause of the fire and the circumstances surrounding the man’s death is being conducted under the supervision of a prosecutor.
