Zawiszyn Collision Details
Emergency services were dispatched shortly after 10:00 AM to a two-vehicle accident in Zawiszyn. Two individuals sustained injuries as a result of the crash, and traffic was completely halted during rescue operations, according to the Myszadła Volunteer Fire Department.
Preliminary police investigations indicate that a 70-year-old Fiat 126p driver failed to yield to a 28-year-old woman driving a Volkswagen. The elderly man was airlifted by an LPR helicopter to a hospital. The 28-year-old woman was examined at the hospital but released with non-serious injuries.
Fatal Accident in Nadróż
A 17-year-old pedestrian was killed in Nadróż, Kujawsko-Pomorskie province, after being struck by a BMW on Friday. Police report the teenager attempted to cross the road after exiting a vehicle parked on the shoulder.
The BMW driver was confirmed to be sober.
