Drunk Driver Crashes Into Streetlamp in Białołęka with Over 2.0 Promille Blood Alcohol

At 4:18 PM on Głębocka Street in Białołęka, a 53-year-old man driving a Chrysler lost control of his vehicle and struck a streetlamp while significantly under the influence of alcohol.

The collision occurred on one of the main roads in the Białołęka district. For reasons yet to be determined, the driver of the Chrysler lost control of the vehicle and hit a streetlamp.

Arrest and Blood Alcohol Results

Fortunately, no one was injured during the accident. Upon arrival, authorities determined that the 53-year-old Polish national was intoxicated. A breathalyzer test confirmed he had a blood alcohol level exceeding 2.0 promille.

The man has been detained by police. The capital’s traffic department is currently investigating the exact circumstances of the crash, which caused temporary traffic disruptions on Głębocka Street.
