Massive Search Operation Underway for Missing 12-Year-Old in Krakow

Over 200 personnel, including police, firefighters, and soldiers, are currently searching the Wolski Forest area for 12-year-old Elżbieta Wojtacka, who went missing after meeting with friends on Thursday, May 21.

Search Operations and Deployment

Intensive search operations are ongoing in the Wolski Forest region. The effort involves police officers, firefighters, soldiers, and specialized search teams, with Radio Krakow reporting that more than 200 people are currently involved in the mission.

The Krakow Municipal Police Headquarters stated that responders are conducting field operations using tracking dogs and specialized equipment, including drones.

Description of the Missing Minor

Elżbieta Wojtacka is 161 cm tall with blonde, shoulder-length hair. On the day she went missing, she was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, knee-length jeans, and black-and-white shoes. She is likely carrying a black handbag adorned with colorful pins.
