Ghanaian Man Driving Without License Crashes Car in Poland

A 44-year-old Ghanaian citizen crashed his car into another vehicle in Włochy district yesterday after failing to keep a safe distance from the car in front, police reported.

Collision on Al. Krakowska

Yesterday around 16:00, a collision occurred at the intersection of Al. Krakowska and ul. 1 Sierpnia in Włochy, involving two passenger vehicles. The case was handed over to the Traffic Department of the Warsaw Police Command.

Alcohol Tests Negative

Initial investigations by officers suggested that the driver of the Kia, a 44-year-old Ghanaian citizen, failed to maintain a safe distance from the preceding vehicle, resulting in a collision with the rear of a Toyota RAV4. Neither participant sustained injuries. Alcohol tests conducted on both drivers confirmed they were sober.

Driving Without License Uncovered

During subsequent proceedings, police determined that the perpetrator was operating the vehicle despite having had their driving privileges revoked. The 44-year-old was apprehended and taken to the police station.

No Major Traffic Disruption

The incident did not cause significant traffic disruptions, as the vehicles were quickly removed from the road. Police were conducting activities related to both investigating the circumstances of the collision and apprehending the Kia driver.
