The activities involved reconnaissance of critical infrastructure and other important objects for the defense of Poland and NATO.

Court Ruling

On February 11, 2026, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw applied a preventive measure against the suspect in the form of temporary arrest for a period of three months.
