Forest ranger hospitalized after struck by falling branch during tree felling in Kabacki Forest on March 3.
The Incident
On Tuesday, March 3rd, around 9 AM, an accident occurred during forestry work in Kabacki Forest, in which a forest ranger was injured.
According to information from the incident, a private company was carrying out tree felling under the supervision of the forest ranger. During the work, one of the cut branches suddenly fell over and struck the forest ranger.
Emergency Response
The fire brigade, medical rescue team, and police were called to the scene. Firefighters secured the area and provided first aid to the injured person.
Subsequently, paramedics transported the forest ranger to the hospital by ambulance.
Ongoing Investigation
The people working on the felling were sober. The police continued further activities at the scene, establishing the circumstances and causes of the accident.
