The Warsaw Regional Prosecutor’s Office has provided new information concerning the F-16 crash in Radom that occurred on August 28th. Prosecutors are currently analyzing materials retrieved from the scene, including a personal camera belonging to Maj. Maciej “Slab” Krakowian.

Major Krakowian’s Family Receives Support

A fundraising campaign has been launched to support the family of Maj. Maciej “Slab” Krakowian, the experienced pilot who tragically perished in the F-16 crash. The 35-year-old had 17 years of service with the Polish Air Force and leaves behind his wife Magdalena and twin children.

Organizer Foundation

The Alioth Foundation, established by officers of the Polish Air Force, is organizing the campaign. Since 2023, they have been supporting families of soldiers and pilots who lost their lives in service to their country.
