Circumstances of the Collision

The ambulance was en route to a patient but carried no passengers at the time of the crash. Preliminary police findings indicate the ambulance was using emergency signals while traveling toward Aleja Jerozolimskie. It entered the intersection against a red light, where it was struck by a Dacia that had a green light.

Impact and Legal Outcome

Following the initial impact, the ambulance was knocked off course, veered into the oncoming lane, and collided with an Iveco delivery truck.
