Andrzej Duda Establishes Political Consulting Firm with Wife

Andrzej Duda and his wife established a company named ‘Andrzej Duda PAAD’ for political consulting, as reported by Wirtualna Polska.

New Company Formation

Andrzej Duda and Agata Kornhauser-Duda established a limited partnership called “Andrzej Duda PAAD,” which will focus on political consulting, Wirtualna Polska was first to report. The partnership agreement was drafted in early December at a notary office in Krakow.

The name is based on the acronym PAD (President Andrzej Duda), supplemented with the first letter of the former first lady’s name.

Investment and Share Structure

In the company, Andrzej Duda is the general partner with a 500,000 zloty investment. The politician will hold a key role – he will be responsible for managing its affairs, representing the company externally, and being liable for its debts without limitation, with his entire assets.

Agata Kornhauser-Duda is a limited partner, meaning her liability for the company’s obligations is limited to the amount of her contribution reduced by her capital contribution. She contributed 10,000 zloty but has a 50% profit share – disproportionately to her contribution.

Business Scope

The “Andrzej Duda PAAD” company was registered on December 19, 2025, in Krakow. According to the entry in the National Court Register, its main activity is “head office activities and management-related consulting.”

The scope of business is broader and includes additional activities, as specified in the company registration.

Post-Presidential Ventures

Shortly after ending his presidential term, Andrzej Duda published his autobiography. In September, he debuted on Kanal Zero, beginning a series of stories about pivotal moments of his presidency. In October, he joined the supervisory board of the fintech Zen.com, where he is to support its expansion in Asia and the Middle East.
