Andrzej Szydło dismissed as KGHM president; successor named

KGHM has dismissed President Andrzej Szydło, appointing Remigiusz Paszkiewicz as interim head while seeking permanent successors.

Temporary Leadership Appointment

The board has delegated its member Remigiusz Paszkiewicz to temporarily serve as both acting president and vice president for corporate affairs. This role will continue until the completion of qualification procedures for the permanent positions, but not exceeding three months.
