Another Drug Dealer from Brzeska Street Prosecuted

Police in Warsaw arrested a 27-year-old drug dealer from Brzeska Street, facing up to 10 years in prison for drug trafficking.

Police Operation in Praga Północ

Operational officers from the VI District Police Headquarters in Warsaw conducted an operation to combat drug trafficking in the Brzeska Street area on Praga Północ. They arrested a 27-year-old man known for criminal activities who now faces up to 10 years in prison under Poland’s drug prevention legislation.

Detection and Arrest

Based on evidence of the suspect’s drug dealing activities at the address, police arrested the 27-year-old. A subsequent search of the courtyard area revealed prohibited substances in and around a trash can.

Apartment Search

Police searched the suspect’s apartment and found a container with foil wraps containing white powder and a plastic bag with similar substances. They also seized over 3,000 złoty in cash, a phone, and a balaclava from the suspect.

Legal Proceedings

The suspect was transported to the North Praga headquarters where secured substances were examined. Police handed the case to the prosecutor’s office, where the man was charged with drug trafficking and possession. He was placed under police supervision while facing up to 10 years in prison.

Additional Drug Seizure

In a separate incident days later, police found nearly 200 grams of various drugs including marijuana, heroin, amphetamine, cocaine, and mephedrone in an empty premises on Brzeska Street. The substances are being investigated separately as police verify their origin.

Jurisdiction

The cases fall under the jurisdiction of the VI District Police Headquarters serving Białołęka, Praga Północ, and Targówek districts.
