The video depicts a man swinging a sweatshirt at the child, attempting to take the bike, and circling the sidewalk in an agitated state.
The situation escalated when a woman ran toward the boy, resulting in a struggle. As the teenager shouted for her to leave his bike alone, the man deflated the tires. The child was heard pleading for them to stop as the woman allegedly struck him.
