Attic Fire at Single-Family Home in Kłudno Stare

Firefighters responded to a blaze at a single-family home in Kłudno Stare, Grodzisk County, on Monday, March 30th, at 9:23 PM.

Fire Reported at Single-Family Home

On Monday, March 30th, at 9:23 PM, emergency services received a report of a fire at a single-family home in Kłudno Stare, Grodzisk County.

Upon arrival, firefighters found the attic of the approximately 10 by 12 meter building was on fire.

Firefighting Efforts and Containment

Firefighters immediately began extinguishing the fire, directing water jets onto the burning roof. The fire was quickly contained, and firefighters are currently working to extinguish remaining embers and soak the structural elements.

Residents Evacuated Safely

Two elderly individuals were inside the building when the fire broke out, one of whom used a wheelchair. Both residents were able to evacuate before the fire escalated and sustained no injuries.

Emergency Services Response

Five fire crews are on scene – three from the Rescue and Fire Unit in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, as well as volunteer firefighters from OSP Kłudno Stare and OSP Izdebno Kościelne. A medical rescue team and police are also present.

Cause of Fire Under Investigation

The cause and exact circumstances of the fire are currently unknown. Emergency services are continuing to investigate the scene.
