Audi Driver Violates Right of Way, Collides With City Bus

At about 13:10 in Józefosław, an Audi driver failed to yield to a city bus on line 739 at a roundabout, causing a collision, police report says.

Collision at the Roundabout

At roughly 13:10 on the roundabout where Cyraneczki and Wilanowska streets meet in Józefosław, Piaseczno County, an Audi passenger car struck a city bus on line 739. Police arrived on the scene, and one person was medically checked, though no transport to hospital was needed.

Failure to Yield

Initial police findings indicate the Audi driver, while circulating the roundabout, did not give right‑of‑way to the correctly moving bus on line 739, leading to the collision on the roundabout surface.

Police Investigation and Assessment

Responding services secured the area and evaluated the condition of participants. A single individual was examined, and no hospitalization was required. The incident was categorized as a road collision.

Clear Driving Licences, No Intoxication

Both the Audi driver and bus driver tested negative for alcohol and other intoxicants. Both held valid driving licences and were not under any form of impairment.

Fines and Traffic Repair

The Audi driver received a criminal fine for causing the collision. While police actions caused temporary traffic disruptions at the roundabout, normal flow was restored after the vehicles were cleared.
