On 18 November, secondary school students in Warsaw will compete in the next edition of the Big Climate Knowledge Test, held under the honorary patronage of the President of Warsaw at the Aula of the Warsaw School of Economics.
About 250 students from the capital will participate.
Test Format
Participants will answer a written test covering air‑quality protection, climate‑change mitigation, and adaptation, using tablets. Results will be announced the same day.
Rewards
Top scorers receive prizes; the school with the highest average score gets a cash reward.
The city also offers a special award – a set of Modular Natural Workstations “Air Quality” from the Kopernik Science Centre.
Why It Matters
The test is part of Warsaw’s climate‑policy initiatives, aiming to educate young people about climate science and inspire environmental action in upcoming generations.
