BMW and Delivery Van Collide, Sending Two to Hospital

A serious collision between a BMW and a Renault delivery van occurred on Gościniec Street in Wola Gołkowska on March 17th, resulting in hospitalizations and road closures.

Collision Details

On Tuesday, March 17th, around 5:20 PM, a serious collision occurred on Gościniec Street in Wola Gołkowska, Piaseczno County, involving a BMW passenger vehicle and a Renault delivery van belonging to a courier company.

Initial findings indicate the Renault van was traveling straight on Gościniec Street, while the BMW driver was attempting a left turn onto a property, leading to the collision.

Impact and Damage

The force of the impact caused the BMW to be displaced approximately 15 meters onto a nearby parking lot. The Renault van veered into a roadside ditch following the collision.

Emergency Response

Firefighters, two medical rescue teams, and police were dispatched to the scene. Emergency services secured the area, conducted rescue operations, and transported both drivers to the hospital.

Traffic Disruption and Bus Route Changes

Traffic was severely disrupted. As of 8:20 PM, nearly three hours after the accident, Gościniec Street remained blocked. Police from the Piaseczno traffic department continued investigating the circumstances.

According to WTP, the incident caused disruptions to bus line 727, which was diverted via Gościniec – along S7 – Karolińska – Jemioły – Rybna – Gościniec. The Rybna 02 bus stop was not served, and buses operated with reduced frequency.
