BMW Driver Fails to Slow, Hits Concrete Pole – Four Hospitalised

Four people were injured after an accident at the intersection of Mickiewicza and Słowackiego streets in Grójec. At 10:42 p.m., authorities were notified of a vehicle that, after losing control, struck a concrete pole on its side.

Driver’s Conduct

Preliminary investigations show that the 28‑year‑old driver of a BMW failed to adjust speed to the conditions, lost traction, veered left, clipped a trash bin and a road sign, and then struck the concrete pole.

Injured and Medical Care

Four people were injured – three passengers about 20 years old and the driver. All were taken to hospital for examinations.

Emergency Response and Investigation

Firefighters, medical rescue teams and police were on scene. The intersection was blocked during the operation. Police continued further investigations into the circumstances.
