The car rolled over and then struck a street lamp and a parked vehicle. The 20-year-old driver and 17-year-old passenger sustained bodily injuries and were transported to the hospital. Blood was taken from the driver for alcohol and intoxicating substance tests, and the vehicle was handed over to a designated person. Police are investigating the circumstances.
