Discovery of the Body

The body of a 47-year-old man was discovered on Monday, February 23, around 2:00 PM, inside a shed on the grounds of allotment gardens on Piaseczyńska Street in Mokotow. The discovery was made by the owner of one of the plots.

Upon finding the body, the owner immediately notified the authorities. The call prompted a large-scale police response, including patrol officers, criminal investigators, technicians, and a prosecutor.

Police Investigation Details

Police actions continued into the late evening hours. Under the supervision of the prosecutor, officers conducted an inspection of the crime scene and secured physical evidence for further investigation. A tracking dog was also brought to the site, and the garden area and its vicinity were secured by prevention units to ensure an uninterrupted investigation.

Preliminary findings indicate the body had been at the location for several days. The victim has been identified as a 47-year-old man. At this stage, investigators have not disclosed the circumstances or cause of death.

Detainees and Next Steps

Four individuals have been detained for questioning in connection with the case. The individuals are being processed, but it is not yet known if or on what grounds they might face charges.
