Police were alerted to the discovery of a body in the Vistula River on Monday around 3:10 PM. A witness reported seeing police arrive on the scene, near Odkryta Street and the Dudek ferry, around 4:20 PM.

Condition of the Body

The body found was that of a man in a significant state of decomposition. He was wearing a navy blue t-shirt.

Ongoing Investigation

A police operation is underway, with forensic procedures being conducted under the supervision of a prosecutor to determine the circumstances of death and identify the deceased.
