CBA Secures Foundation Documents

On the day of the press conference, CBA officers entered the foundation’s premises and, following a prosecutor’s directive, obtained relevant documentation. The materials were released voluntarily by the foundation staff.

Prosecutor’s Comments

Spokesman Przemysław Nowak said the CBA’s actions were carried out to secure the entire documentary trail and that a search could be authorized if necessary. He emphasized that the documents will now be subject to thorough analysis.

Investigation Scope

Investigators are examining seven contracts signed between 2017 and 2023 involving the Lux Veritatis Foundation and the Justice Fund, assessing possible irregularities or improprieties.

Next Steps

After the voluntary handover, the documents will be scrutinized to determine all circumstances surrounding the cooperation between the entities. The prosecutor’s office will continue to monitor the case for further developments.
