Diverse Suspects Turned into Custody

The arrested men, aged 33 to 70, include citizens of Poland, Russia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

Plot: 12‑Million‑Zloty Property Targeted

Investigators allege the suspects threatened the developer to force the transfer of a building plot valued at roughly 12 million zloty.

Weapons Seized at Suspects’ Residences

During searches of the suspects’ locations, police uncovered seven weapons. All items were secured and forwarded for detailed testing.

Preliminary Evidence and Protective Detention

Investigators will establish how the suspects acquired the seized weapons and whether they are linked to other crimes. All detainees were presented with formal charges at the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office.

Temporary Arrest Order Confirmed

Following the prosecutor’s request, the court imposed a temporary arrest as a precautionary measure against all five detainees.
