A fire broke out at a chemical warehouse in Lębork, Poland, on September 20, causing substantial smoke damage inside the building.

The fire occurred at a chemical warehouse located at 43 I Armii Wojska Polskiego Street in Lębork, Pomeranian Voivodeship, on Saturday, September 20.

The warehouse employees evacuated the premises on their own after smoke appeared inside the building.

Fire Response and Containment

Seven firefighting units responded to the scene to tackle the blaze.

The fire was brought under control, with Marcin Elwart, the press officer of the Lębork County Headquarters of the State Fire Service, stating that the fire started in one of the rooms of the joinery.

The smoke spread to the roof and attic space, but there were no casualties reported.
