The session, held on Tuesday before 18:00 UTC on the X platform, featured more than 40 leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, former IMF chief Mark Carney and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski.
Western Allies’ Stance on the 28‑Point Peace Plan
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and other western leaders had opposed the original 28‑point plan, deeming it a capitulation that would limit Ukrainian armed forces and hand over Ukrainian territory to Russia, and the coalition aims to forge a unified stance on the revised plan.

Starmer highlighted that the goal is a legitimate and lasting peace that serves both Ukraine and the United Kingdom, noting that progress has been made but that substantial work remains and urging all parties to roll up their sleeves to achieve a proper outcome.
