Around 8:30 AM today, a cyclist was struck by a passenger car at the intersection of Stawki and Gen. W. Andersa streets in Śródmieście.
Police officers arriving first on the scene immediately provided pre-medical assistance to the injured cyclist. Regular first aid training prepares officers to effectively respond in life-threatening situations.
Medical Response and Investigation
A medical rescue team and officers from the Warsaw Police Traffic Department were dispatched to the location.
The injured cyclist was handed over to paramedics and transported to the hospital for further examination. The Warsaw Police Traffic Department is conducting the investigation into the incident.
