“CZUJNY” RELEASED FROM CUSTODY. SURPRISING DETAILS OF FORMER BRAUN ASSISTANT CASE

Polish patostreamer Marek M. sentenced to prison but immediately released after time served, with ties to controversial politician Grzegorz Braun.

Patostreamer’s Release

According to RMF24 journalists’ findings, on December 22, the District Court in Oświęcim sentenced 44-year-old Marek M. to one year and five months imprisonment, and applied a security measure in the form of therapy after finding him guilty of multiple offenses.

The charges included “eating” the transcript of a hearing, hindering police investigations, and abusing his pregnant partner. However, the man was released on the same day as the verdict was handed down.

Arrest Details

“Czujny” conducted controversial streams on the YouTube platform. In October 2023, he was wanted by police for assaulting his partner. In 2024, he was wanted with three warrants and two European Arrest Warrants.

He was arrested in the Czech Republic in March 2024 but was released after Grzegorz Braun posted parliamentary bail for him. Eventually, in August, thanks to a European Arrest Warrant, he was brought to Poland.

Political Connections

The patostreamer was previously an assistant to Grzegorz Braun, leader of the Confederation of the Polish Crown, when Braun was still a deputy in 2023. The politician himself did not take an active part in the subsequent proceedings regarding charges against Marek M.
