Accident Details

A 57‑year‑old resident stepped onto the roadway directly in front of an approaching DAF truck. The truck driver, a 68‑year‑old sober resident of Iławskie, was braking, yet the vehicle struck the pedestrian.

The truck was traveling toward Mława.

Investigation and Response

Despite immediate rescue efforts, the victim died on site. The case is being investigated by the Mława police command under prosecutor supervision.
