One year after launch, Poland’s “SprawdzaMY” initiative examines deregulation progress with thousands of proposals submitted.
Background and Purpose
Excessive regulations, bureaucracy, and complicated procedures have been hindering Polish businesses, which led to the creation of the “SprawdzaMY Initiative” in February 2025.
Implementation Progress
After a year of the initiative’s operation, an analysis is being conducted to determine how many deregulation projects have successfully been implemented.
Initiative Structure
The “SprawdzaMY Initiative” was a project by the Foundation of Rafał Brzoski, CEO of InPost. Its goal was to identify and eliminate unnecessary regulations affecting citizens and businesses.
Expert Involvement
Analysis of deregulation ideas was carried out by 300 specialists from various fields, including taxes, labor law, and digitization, who prepared proposals for the government’s deregulation team.
Public Response
The initiative received overwhelming public response. In the first 100 days, over 16,000 ideas were submitted to the platform, with 487 specific proposals for changes presented to the government.
