Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk launched an elite Future Council with prominent figures from science, business and public institutions.
Purpose & Goals
During the council’s launch ceremony, Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated its objective is to make Poland a leader in key sectors, ensuring the country remains ambitious, modern, competitive, and secure. Minister of Finance and Economy Andrzej Domański, who will chair the council, emphasized the need for accelerated growth and modernized decision-making procedures across the economy, business, and science.
Key Tasks
The council will identify new growth engines based on innovation, human capital, and intellectual property. It will focus on shortening the path from research to product and scaling technology commercialization in Poland. Domański highlighted the necessity for greater flexibility and modernization in decision-making processes to ensure stable national development.

The Future Council includes scientists, business representatives, and experts in artificial intelligence, space technology, biotechnology, financial technology, and dual-use applications. Notable members include:
