Tusk Hits Nawrocki. Prime Minister Sounds Alarm: It Is Sabotage!
On Thursday, Tusk posted on social media that President Nawrocki obstinately refused to sign requests for young special‑forces officers to attain the first officer rank and for decorations recognizing heroes of the fight against foreign sabotage. He claimed this was not merely an attempt to wrest control of government powers but active sabotage targeting the state’s security.
Fatal Decision. Siemoniak Critiques the President
The TVN24 report noted Nawrocki also chose to withhold Independence Day honors for special‑forces personnel. Tomasz Siemoniak, the minister coordinating special services, called the president’s refusal a fatal decision and urged that those risking their lives against foreign sabotage deserve the highest respect. He warned that even the president’s dire choices would not diminish their merit.
