Speeding on a Restricted Road
Traffic Police stopped an Audi driver on Siekierkowska Trail after recording 178 km/h on a road limited to 80 km/h. The driver also slammed into a curb at about 160 km/h but caused no damage.
License and Alcohol Violations
The driver had no valid driving license and a blood alcohol concentration exceeding one per mille. Subsequent breath tests at the station confirmed the high alcohol level.
Police Detention and Legal Proceedings
The suspect was detained and taken to the police station for procedural actions. After completing the required tests, he was placed in police custody, and the speeding offence was filed with the court to be considered alongside the criminal charge.
