A 50-year-old Polish man was arrested yesterday at Warsaw’s Złote Tarasy after harassing shoppers and resisting police.
Police Intervention
Policemen from the Police Prevention Units intervened around 2 PM at the Złote Tarasy shopping center in the city center where the aggressive man was harassing customers. The security team of the building initially contacted the arriving OPP patrol.
Inclusion of Restraint
Resistance during the arrest prompted police to use direct coercion in the form of handcuffs.
Medical Examination and Detention
According to witnesses, the arrested man was likely under the influence of alcohol and narcotics. He was taken to the hospital for examination and placed in a detention room.
Potential Charges
The man may face charges for insulting police officers. However, no one was injured in the incident.
