A dangerous road incident occurred on Saturday, April 25th, around 4 PM at 13 Gotarda Street in Mokotów. A Jaguar passenger car drove into the infrastructure of a market.
Initial findings indicate that the 52-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with market structures.
No Injuries Reported
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. The situation could have been much more serious, as it occurred during afternoon hours when pedestrians and customers were likely present.
High Alcohol Level Detected
Upon the arrival of emergency services, it was quickly determined that the driver was intoxicated. A breathalyzer test revealed an alcohol level of nearly 3.5 per mille.
The driver was arrested by police.
Vehicle Removed, Investigation Ongoing
The car was towed to a police impound lot. Police are conducting further investigations to determine the exact sequence of events and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
