According to witnesses, the driver of a Volkswagen delivery van had arrived to pick up an elderly woman. As she attempted to enter the vehicle, the driver suddenly reversed, causing the woman to fall and sustain injuries.

Bystanders immediately intervened, bringing a chair to move the victim into the shade before calling emergency services. The woman, unable to walk due to her injuries, was transported to a hospital.
