On Saturday, April 11th, shortly before 2:00 PM, a 46-year-old resident of Gostynin County, driving a Zetor tractor, collided with a Skoda driven by a 42-year-old man in Zaborów Stary.

Police determined the tractor driver was intoxicated, registering over 3 promiles of alcohol in his system, and was driving despite two existing court-ordered driving bans and a revoked license.

Injuries and Legal Consequences

The 46-year-old tractor driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital.

He faces up to 5 years in prison for driving under the influence, violating court orders, and disregarding administrative decisions.
