On Sunday, May 24, shortly after 10:00 PM, police officers patrolling in Jabłonna on Marmurowa Street were notified of a Skoda that had struck a curb, resulting in a detached wheel. Upon arrival, officers secured the damaged vehicle and located the driver identified by witnesses.
Legal Consequences and Investigation
A breathalyzer test confirmed the man had a blood alcohol concentration exceeding 1 promil. Furthermore, a check of police records revealed he did not possess the required driving privileges.
