Drunk Ukrainian Driver Causes Crash on S8 Highway

A drunk Ukrainian driver crashed four vehicles on the S8 highway in the Wołomin County area, nearly causing an accident with two cars and a motorcycle.

Incident Details

A collision involving four vehicles occurred on the S8 highway near the Zielonka interchange in Wołomiński County. The drunk driver, an Ukrainian citizen, was operating a Renault vehicle with almost 2 promiles of alcohol in their blood.

Injuries and Alcohol

No injuries were reported following the collision. During the investigation, police found open alcohol containers in the driver’s vehicle.

Emergency Services

Emergency services, including fire department teams and medical rescue units, responded to the scene. Two lane of traffic were blocked toward Warsaw, creating significant traffic disruptions.
