The 21-year-old driver of a Renault vehicle struck a street lamp, causing it to fall over.

Preliminary findings indicate the incident occurred during the afternoon hours. The driver, while reversing, hit the street lamp.
Police were called to the scene and detained the driver, who was identified as a 21-year-old Ukrainian citizen. A breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol content of 1.5 per mille.
