Polish taxpayers can now file their 2025 tax returns electronically through the e-PIT service, with 95% of last year’s filers opting for digital submissions.

The latest edition of the e-PIT service is now accessible through the e-Urząd Skarbowy platform after logging in with authorization credentials, as well as through the mobile application.
Filing Options Available
Taxpayers can still submit their declarations via the e-Deklaracje website or on paper, though the latter method has become significantly less popular.
Digital Filing Statistics
According to data from the Ministry of Finance, in 2025 (for the 2024 tax year), 95% of taxpayers, nearly 24 million people, filed electronically. Among them, 14.3 million used the e-PIT service.
