On Tuesday, May 5, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg unanimously issued an interim measure regarding a case involving several applicants.
Judicial Complainants
The applicants are Marcin Dziurda, Anna Korwin Piotrowska, Krystian Markiewicz, and Maciej Taborowski. These four newly elected judges of the Constitutional Tribunal have had their swearing-in refused by the President.
