A 70-year-old cyclist was hospitalised after colliding with a Subaru on Warsaw’s Drewny Street at the Zapłocie Intersection on Thursday morning.

A 70-year-old cyclist was seriously injured after colliding with a Subaru sedan at the Drewny Street and Zapłocie Intersection in Warsaw’s Konstancin-Jeziorna district.
The cyclist, riding on the right-hand side of the road, suddenly made an illegal left turn toward the pedestrian crossing, causing a head-on collision with the moving Subaru traveling in the same direction.
Emergency Response
A medical rescue team was immediately called to the scene and administered first aid before transporting the injured cyclist to a local hospital.
Police patrol officers responding to the scene determined the cyclist was at fault and issued a traffic violation citation.
