A 55-year-old employee lost his life after being struck by an excavator. According to preliminary police conclusions, the excavator operator failed to exercise proper caution, leading to the collision. The injured man was transported to the hospital with severe injuries but later succumbed to them.
Status of the Legal Investigation
The Pruszkow Regional Prosecutor’s Office is conducting an investigation into the incident, which is being handled by the police under their supervision. The excavator operator was confirmed to be sober at the time of the accident.
