Employees of Polish discount chain Biedronka received holiday packages that include sweets and a $200‑plus Tefal air fryer, as announced on TikTok.

One Biedronka staff member posted on TikTok the contents of this year’s holiday package, which featured premium sweets such as chocolate‑covered almonds, strawberries, chocolate bananas, milk crêpes, and chocolate cherries.
Device Worth Hundreds of Zlotys
The highlight of the package is a fat‑free Tefal air fryer that arrives in a cardboard box. In addition, each employee receives a 600‑zloty credit to shop at Biedroncel or Hebe, with the credited amount ranging from 610 to 670 zlotys depending on income threshold. Staff also expect an annual voucher of 1,000 zloty for Biedronka purchases.
Record‑setting Gift Expenditure
Biedronka plans to spend 120 mln zloty on employee benefits this year, allocating 65 mln zloty for packages and 55 mln zloty for vouchers. A total of 171 600 packages will be distributed, of which 88 500 are for employees and 83 100 are for their children across four age groups. An average air fryer costs 400–500 zloty, making the employee’s gift worth about 630 zloty, while each child’s package is valued at roughly 360 zloty.
