Erste Bank Polska Launches Rebranding Initiative

Erste Bank Polska, formerly Santander Bank Polska, has unveiled a new brand identity while reaffirming its commitment to clients and financial stability in Poland.

Why Customers Matter

Erste Bank Polska believes in people, their ideas, ambitions, and determination. The bank recognizes that development doesn’t follow a single path and supports clients in achieving their plans.

Finances empower plans to become reality, and Erste Bank Polska continuously improves its offerings to meet evolving customer needs, prioritizing both innovation and strong relationships.

Just the Beginning

Erste Bank Polska is introducing several new offerings, including a “Waluty bez granic” (Currencies without Borders) package for Smart Accounts with expanded currency access.

New savings accounts with tiered interest rates based on financial activity are also being launched, alongside solutions for businesses, including those with international partners and those seeking mobile payment options. Support for large corporations’ growth and international expansion is also available.

Important Information

Customers can now access online and brokerage services through the new website, www.erste.pl. Banking applications have been updated with the new Erste branding.

Account numbers, card numbers, and PINs remain unchanged, and existing branches, ATMs, and customer service lines continue to operate as before. Existing contracts remain valid.

“Believe in Yourself. We Believe in You.”

Backed by the 200-year history of Erste Group, a leading banking group in Central Europe serving nearly 23 million customers across eight countries, Erste Bank Polska’s mission is to enable financial well-being and stability.
