EU Distances Itself From Pfizer Vaccine Ruling Against Poland

The European Commission has disassociated itself from a Brussels court ruling requiring Poland to pay Pfizer approximately €1.3 billion and accept 64 million COVID-19 vaccine doses.

European Commission’s Response

The European Commission has responded following a ruling by a Brussels court that mandated Poland to pay pharmaceutical company Pfizer around €1.3 billion (approximately 5.6 billion złoty) and receive approximately 64 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines.

Brussels clearly indicates it will not take responsibility for the consequences of this year’s decision, according to RMF FM.
