Property owner fined as ice blocks fall from roof on Kamionkowska street, prompting city guard intervention.
Incident on Kamionkowska Street
On February 12th, ice blocks began falling from a roof onto a sidewalk at a property on Kamionkowska street due to temperatures above freezing and thaw. City guards from VII Territorial Unit immediately cordoned off the hazardous area and redirected traffic to the other side of the street.
Property Owner Fined
The property owner was identified and summoned to the scene. After being informed about the danger and her unfulfilled obligations, she immediately began clearing the sidewalk. She was subsequently fined for failing to fulfill her duty to clear the adjacent sidewalk and mark hazardous areas.
